- Born May 1971
- Grew up in Sunbury, Victoria (birth place of the Ashes Cricket).
- After completing school, held several different jobs whilst obtaining a pilots license.
- Worked as a flying instructor and charter pilot with various companies throughout Australia as well as single engine night freight flying between Darwin and Alice Springs.
- Commissioned Officer in both the Royal Australian Air Force and Navy
- 1998 - flew in Papua New Guinea for 14 months.
- 1999 - moved to Nauru and Flew B737 through parts of the South Pacific and the east coast of Australia.
- 2000 - lived in Ireland for four months.
- 2001 - flew with the Ansett group until the collapse.
- 2003 until now - spent much time and tens of thousands of dollars on studying marketing and business strategies.
- 2004 - moved to Sydney and started as the National Sales Rep for a wholesale importer and supplier.
- 2005 - completed a Certificate IV in Small Business Management.
- 2005 - started my own wholesale business and brand.
- 2006 - joined a volunteer Search And Rescue (SAR) organisation based at Bankstown, was the SAR Co-ordinator and now serves as Vice President.
- 2007 started a mentoring program to assist other business owners.
- 2008 - sold my wholesale business to concentrate on other business ventures.
Countries visited (or lived in) include Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Hawaii, Guam, Pohnepei, Tarawa, Fiji, Numea, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Ireland, USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.

Keen to 'make a difference' from an early age, Julie wants a contribution to the wellbeing of others to be a significant component of her overall business and life success.
- Born 1986 in Sydney
- 1991 - 2003 Educated at Gundaroo Primary, Lyneham High and Dickson College (ACT).
- Worked (part time) continuously in parent's business during teenage years.
- 2003 - 2004 Worked in Human Resources at Canberra Casino
- 2005 - 2007 Duty Manager at Ainslie Football Club
- 2008 - Operations Manager for Beyond Success in Canberra headquarters.
Emma Blackburn, Patron
Emma wants to bring the dedication and discipline she learned and used as an elite athlete to an external cause such as the Foundation so that she can pass on the principles that have made her life a success so far. She wants to ensure that her actions make the world a better place.
- Born 1987 in Sydney
- 1993 - 2005 Educated at Gundaroo Primary, Lyneham High and Hawker College (ACT).
- Worked (part time) continuously in parents business during teenage years.
- 2006 - gap year travelling Europe and UK.
- 2007 - 2008 - two years at University of Western Sydney studying Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- 2008 - established and operated Nerd Free AV audiovisual company with husband.
